Without earth-shaking oaths, he inspires the team with his rigorous and meticulous work style; without extraordinary feats, he earns widespread praise through his diligent and pragmatic spirit. In the Metal Processing Workshop of H-FANG's Production Department, Pang Fei is like a seed rooted in fertile soil. Since joining H-FANG in 2011, he has grown from an ordinary operator to the leader of the CNC team and was honored as the "2024 Production Model." He interprets H-FANG's core values of "Growth, Cooperation, Responsibility, and Innovation" through practical actions.

Pang Fei deeply understands that although the production post is ordinary, it bears the heavy responsibility of the company's product quality and customer trust. Therefore, he has always maintained a sincere sense of responsibility, fulfilling his duties day after day. As a team leader, facing the company's heavy production tasks and the special situation where the workshop director was unable to work due to health issues from May to June, he took the initiative to take on the workshop's work responsibilities. To ensure on-time delivery of complete machines, he worked overtime to lead the team in completing daily production tasks and management work.

In daily work, Pang Fei sets an example. During the company's 5S implementation, he took the initiative to learn and organize tools and fixtures to facilitate employee access and improve efficiency. He also conducted in-depth equipment cleaning to ensure high-performance operation. As a responsible team leader, he is also an excellent mentor. To help new employees quickly become competent, he diligently trains apprentices—within about six months, he transformed a skill-less new employee into an independent operator of CNC machining centers, continuously cultivating talents for the company.

Over the past 14 years at H-FANG, he has strived to explore and pursue innovation. When the 711 model had been out of production for many years, Pang Fei took the initiative to process its complex parts and assisted other personnel in debugging machine tools. Fearless of challenges, he dared to adopt new processes and ultimately set the fastest production record for this model. In daily work, while most employees handle scattered and difficult parts, he assigns bulk parts to piece-rate workers and apprentices. This not only leverages his technical advantages but also improves part turnover and timely warehousing rates. For parts requiring cumbersome clamping and large quantities, he designed and produced special fixtures to enhance processing efficiency.

To keep pace with the company's development, he actively plays a vanguard role in cost reduction and efficiency improvement, strictly controlling the recycling and reuse of old tools, which were reconditioned multiple times. In 2024, the workshop's tool consumption rate decreased by 14.43% compared with 2023.

Ordinary positions can also shine brightly. A truly outstanding employee must possess not only excellent professional skills but also a high sense of responsibility and continuous dedication.
